Hammersmith Management has acquired Mountain Managers, an HOA management and vacation rental company located in Summit County, Colorado.
“This is another exciting expansion in the Rocky Mountain area,” said John Hammersmith, CEO. “Having managed in Winter Park for some time, we understand the unique needs of residents in the mountain communities, and we are confident that we will exceed the expectations of homeowners and vacationers alike.”
Hammersmith will occupy the existing Frisco office, with on-site locations in Breckenridge, Keystone, Dillon, Frisco and Copper Mountain. This acquisition adds 22 employees to the over 220 Hammersmith employees in Colorado, and increases the total number of Hammersmith-managed Associations to well over 200.
