DENVER, CO – Hammersmith Management, one of the state’s largest Community Association management companies, has just completed the acquisition of all of the Sub-Associations that have been managed by Highlands Ranch Community Association (HRCA).

“This is another exciting expansion in Colorado,” said John Hammersmith, CEO of Hammersmith Management. “We are proud to have served several communities in Highlands Ranch for some time, and this is a natural fit for us. We understand and appreciate the partnership with the master association, Highlands Ranch Community Association, and we are committed to providing platinum service to the residents of Highlands Ranch.”

Hammersmith will begin the management transition of 20 of the sub associations in June. This acquisition adds more licensed Community Association Managers and team members to the more than 285 Hammersmith employees in Colorado, and increases the total number of Hammersmith-managed Associations to well over 250.

“Hammersmith recently celebrated 35 years in business, and this acquisition is another achievement for the company. It presents new challenges and continuing growth for us, but more importantly, it provides us with an opportunity to work with great people and an array of stakeholders who contribute to making Highlands Ranch a wonderful community,” said Ann Williams, President of Hammersmith Management.
