The HOA management industry is demanding, challenging, and often thankless. Community Managers, as well as management company accountants, administrative staff, and executive teams work long hours to ensure communities run smoothly and are financially stable. Working intimately with people’s homes and money may be stressful, but it is also very stimulating and rewarding.
Hammersmith is proud that it has been selected as one of the Denver Post Top Workplaces, and in addition, earned the distinction as a Top 100 Company. A statement released by The Denver Post detailed the accomplishment saying, “Based on the number of high quality workplaces that participated this year, your organization receives the special recognition of being named a Top 100 Company – a ranking that places you among the best of the best.”
Hammersmith Management and other companies named as a Top Workplace were selected from the results of an employee survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. The survey measured qualities such as company leadership, communication, career opportunities, working environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits.
John Hammersmith, CEO, said he’s proud to work alongside the team members at Hammersmith, “This distinction is affirmation that our company is on the right path and doing things the honorable way. It’s a privilege to serve the HOA industry and be rewarded by The Denver Post with the Top 100 Company recognition.”
