The Council of Community Association Professionals (CCAP) recently announced its 50 finalists for the “Manager of the Year” Award, the nation’s premier award for community managers. Amongst this year’s finalists are four community managers from Hammersmith Management; Susan Horton and Len Kaiser in the portfolio category and Nickie Greco and Lynae Guardado in the on-site category.
“These team members all have successful careers with Hammersmith, and provide platinum service to our clients,” said Davina Anderson, Managing Director of Community Association Services, “We believe each one is deserving of this award and it is a pleasure to work with them on a daily basis.”
The national “Manager of the Year” contest is open to professional community managers across the country, who are actively engaged in managing community associations. The top 3 finalists in each category will be announced in April and will be invited to attend the 2014 CAI Annual Conference & Exhibition in May in Orlando, Florida where the contest winners will be announced.
