Information Letters, Documents required by SB100, and Title Transfers are available via the HomeWiseDocs website, Hammersmith’s service provider for the preparation and delivery of community association resale and lender documents and questionnaires.

If you have questions regarding an existing order with HomeWiseDocs, please submit a request to HomeWiseDocs directly through their website, otherwise please contact Community Care at CommunityCare@eHammersmith.com or 303.980.0700.

All purchases are final and no refunds will be issued.

Information Letters

Information Letters contain information on the association used by underwriters to approve a loan (i.e. Condo Certification, PUD Questionnaires, etc.). Information Letters can be ordered on the HomeWiseDocs website.

Title Transfers

Order account balance information pertaining to a property as a non-owner or order a status letter/estoppel certificate for closing (all purchases are final and no refunds will be issued).

Title Transfers for the following associations must use a specific form:

  • Flying Horse Homeowners Association
  • Forest Lakes Residential Owners Association
  • Legends at Sanctuary Pointe Homeowners Association
  • Monument Junction Metro District No. 1
  • Percheron Master Association
  • Renaissance at Indigo North Homeowners Association
  • Sanctuary Pointe Homeowners Association
